Improved Dashboards

01 Enhanced Vouchers-1

These improvements in the dashboard streamline support and improves service responsiveness.

    Operator value:

Operators can now update return stations mid-rental, catch overdue trips instantly, and track battery levels at both start and end—giving you tighter control over fleet health and availability.

✅ Real impact: More control, faster interventions, and smoother day-to-day fleet operations.

Mobile Booking flow now supports A-to-B rentals

    02 Mobile Booking flow

This improvement is helping riders plan with confidence and is giving operators better oversight of vehicle movement.

      Operator value:

A-to-B rentals in the mobile booking flow let riders clearly see both their starting and ending stations, reducing confusion and support calls while giving operators more control over vehicle distribution across the network.

✅ Real impact: Improved rider clarity and stronger operational control over station-to-station flows.

      Improved Analytics Dashboard

      04 Improved Dashboard

Additional analytics tab with several nested tabs that provide specific insight into metrics and KPIs in regards to all the entities within the system (users, vehicles, bookings, damages etc.)

        Operator value:

The new analytics dashboard brings all critical KPIs into one place, giving operators instant visibility into bookings, fleet health, and operational issues—making it easier to spot trends, reduce downtime, and drive smarter decisions.

✅ Real impact: Clear, actionable insights that turn data into higher fleet efficiency and faster problem resolution.

        Request Booking

        03 Request booking

The web app's booking flow now includes a 'Request Booking' option, allowing you to capture demand even when the fleet is unavailable. You can now review, approve, and manage these requests with ease.

          Operator value:

The new "Request Booking" option ensures you don’t lose customers when vehicles aren’t immediately available—demand gets captured, queued, and managed for later approval, helping you balance fleet capacity with rider needs.

✅ Real impact: Secure more bookings and keep demand visible even when supply is tight.

          Bluetooth (INVERS) Offline – Park&Resume

          05 Bluetooth - Park & Resume

New Bluetooth functionality for INVERS allows users to park and resume trips even when the vehicle is offline, improving the reliability of rental management in areas with poor network coverage.

            Operator value:

This reduces support incidents, ensures higher trip completion rates, and keeps operations running smoothly where connectivity can’t.

✅ Real impact: Reduces support incidents and fewer operational headaches in low-connectivity zones.

            SEPA Direct Debit Addition

            06 SEPA Direct

Business Accounts now support SEPA Direct Debit payments via Stripe. Account owners can add a SEPA payment method to pay non-wiretransfer invoices for both Pay-as-you-go and Monthly billing frequencies.

This new payment option is exclusively available for Business Accounts.

              Operator value:

Business Accounts can now settle invoices via SEPA Direct Debit in Stripe, removing the friction of manual transfers and ensuring faster, automated payments across both pay-as-you-go and monthly billing models.

✅ Real impact: Smoother cash flow and reduced admin work through automated, reliable payments.
