Nov25 - Customer Milestones

Shared mobility continues to prove its strength — from innovative tech launches to strong financial results across our partner network.

Deer Mobility has joined the Wunder Mobility platform, bringing its profitable, station-flexible car-sharing model to the next level. Together, our teams launched a category-based smart planner that automatically matches vehicles to trips and flags conflicts early — enabling true one-way flexibility without operational chaos. Completed in just three months, the project highlights how shared ambition and precise engineering can deliver measurable results: more efficient dispatching, fewer manual steps, and a smoother customer experience.


Meanwhile, GreenMobility continues its impressive growth trajectory — raising its financial guidance for the third time this year. Driven by revenue performance ahead of expectations, the company now forecasts 15–17% revenue growth and 42–47% EBITDA growth for FY2025 compared to FY2024. Another strong signal that sustainable mobility models are both scalable and profitable.


Shared mobility is getting closer to private-car convenience — powered by innovation, focus, and partnerships like these.

Smarter multi-station planning 

01 Multi-station

The system’s multi-station planning has been enhanced to ensure operator calendars reflect precise vehicle arrivals and availability across all stations.

    Operator value:

    Operators benefit from more reliable scheduling — vehicles are no longer double-booked, station availability updates automatically, and manual edits are significantly faster.

     

    ✅ Real impact:  

    • No overbooking: Arrival buffers are automatically checked and synchronized.
    • Accurate availability: Vehicles appear as available only once cooldown periods end.
    • Automatic updates: Arrival buffers adjust dynamically when bookings change.
    • Improved efficiency:  Manual cooldown edits are eliminated, reducing workload and errors.

    Introducing: the Wunder changelog

    02 Changelog

    The Wunder Mobility changelog is now available under Resources in the dashboard, offering operators a transparent overview of all recent feature releases, improvements, and fixes. Entries for August and September are now live.

      Operators can easily stay up to date with platform changes, ensuring teams always understand new capabilities and can quickly adopt improvements in their daily workflows.

      New trip investigation service page

      01 Enhanced Vouchers-1

      A new trip investigation service page has been created for our platform. This simple UI allows non-engineers to independently search for trips using latitude, longitude, radius, and time inputs.

        Operator value:

        With the new page, operators can handle investigations independently — no engineer or database access needed. It’s a faster, simpler way to save tech time and streamline support.

         

        ✅ Real impact:  More autonomy, faster action, and smoother day-to-day support.

        Optimized mobile app subscription display

        The system now supports two new capabilities: displaying the name of the active subscription and clearly showing the percentage discount on packages associated with the subscription. 

          Operator value:

          Operators can now rest easy knowing customers have full written confirmation of their active subscription and can clearly see the discounts and benefits they are receiving.

           

          ✅ Real impact: Customers instantly see their savings — boosting confidence, retention, and upsell potential.

          New customer verification mail

          The manual verification workflow has been enhanced to automatically notify users via email when their Driving License or ID Document verification is manually approved or rejected by an operator. 

            Operator value:

            Operators can now close the communication loop effortlessly — every manual verification outcome triggers a timely notification, reducing uncertainty and freeing support teams from follow-up queries.

             

            ✅ Real impact: Faster verifications, fewer support tickets, and satisfied customers who stay informed every step of the way.

            Billing logic improvements

            06 Billing logic improvements

            When a booking is cancelled after the scheduled start time, the user will now be charged 100% of the booking cost. Early Return Discounts remain exclusively available for rentals that were successfully picked up and completed before the scheduled end time.

              Operator value:

              Operators gain stronger billing accuracy and fewer disputes — ensuring consistent application of cancellation fees and discount rules across all rentals.

               

              ✅ Real impact: Transparent pricing, fewer edge-case errors, and smoother post-rental operations for both customers and support teams.
